This test is for male or female donors who would like to identify which of the 30
strict maternal mitochondrial (mtDNA) haplogroups (lineage) to which they belong through the analysis of
of the HVSI region of mtDNA. Information regarding age and origin of the haplogroup as well as migration maps
are also included. The donor's HVSI
sequence is also run through databases in an attempt to find
HVSI matches from around the world.

Both HVSI and HVSII regions of mtDNA are analyzed.
HVSII provides additional information that is useful
in mitochondrial search engines (HVSI & HVSII together
will increase the probability for relatedness amongst individuals).
HVSII along with HVSI will also increase the probability that Trace Genetics
can find a mitochondrial sequence match for at least one of the donor's mitochondrial regions.
In addition, HVSII region analysis can sometimes assign a donor to a more specific subhaplogroup.

The HVSII region of mtDNA is analyzed.
This test is for individuals who have already had their HVSI region completed by any ancestry
company and are interested in learning more about mtDNA ancestry. HVSII results include
sequence information and database matches if found. As a courtesy, donors can submit their HVSI
information and Trace Genetics will include any database matches for the donor's HVSI region if found.

This test is for customers who have had
their Trace Genetics Ancestry-Mito HVSI test completed. Native American individuals
belong to one of five major maternal lineages: A, B, C, D or X. If the donor's Ancestry-Mito test
reveals that they belong to one of the 5 Native American lineages, Trace Genetics will run the donor's mtDNA
sequence through our extensive Native American mtDNA database in order to find Native American tribal
matches.

This test is for customers who have had
their Ancestry-Mito HVSI test completed by any ancestry company and want to learn more about or verify their haplogroup.
Trace Genetics will run the donor's mitochondrial sequence information through databases
(including our Native American database if applicable) in an attempt to find the donor a mitochondrial match.
Re-analysis also includes additional information about the donor's individual haplogroup and general mitochondrial
background information.

This test is for males who would like to identify which one of the 18 major worldwide
human Y chromosome lineages they belong to through the analysis of ancestry informative Y chromosome markers. This test also includes information
about the donor's haplogroup and general Y chromosome background information. Since only males may donate DNA for this test, females are encouraged to
have a male relative submit their sample for analysis.

We work with our
parent company DNAPrint® Genomics to provide genome-wide ancestry percentages from the analysis of 176 ancestry informative regions. Results
are given as percentages of ancestry from four biogeographical populations: Indo-European,
Native American, East Asian, and Sub-Sarahan African. This test reflects ancestry from the both the donor's maternal and paternal sides. By taking
the AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 test, donors can determine if they are eligible for EuroDNA™ 1.0 and EuroDNA™ 2.0 tests.

This test includes the AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 test in combination with Indo-European genetic markers for a total of 320 ancestry informative genetic markers.
The Indo-European percentages are from four biogeographical populations: Northern European, Southeastern European, Middle Eastern, and South Asian.
The donor must qualify for the EuroDNA™ 1.0 portion of the test (see additional information). If the donor is not eligible
we will refund the cost of the EuroDNA™ 1.0 test ($190).

This test is for customers who have completed DNAPrint Genomics® AncestryByDNA 2.5™ test and qualify for the
EuroDNA 1.0™ upgrade (see additional information). The EuroDNA 1.0™ test allows donors with greater than 50% European heritage to more thoroughly examine
their ancestry. Categories are broken down into four biogeographical populations: Northern European, Southeastern European, Middle Eastern,
and South Asian.

DNAPrint® Genomics' new EuroDNA™ 2.0 product further elucidates European sub-ancestry
with the analysis of 1,349 European ancestry informative markers. Results are given as percentages of ancestry
from five different biogeographical populations: Southeastern European, Iberian, Basque, Continental European, and North
Eastern European. The donor must qualify (see additional information) for the EuroDNA™ 2.0 test which is determined
by the donor's AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 test results. If the donor does not qualify for the EuroDNA™ 2.0 test then the cost of the
EuroDNA test is refunded ($410). If the donor does qualify, AncestryByDNA™ 2.5 test results
can be purchased for an additional $140.
